In an industry known for attracting the odd cowboy or two, it's refreshing to see a casino consistently get glowing reputations on the regular player forum huants. In fact, in all the time I've been active in these circles, the only complaints I've ever seen levelled against 32Red are "bonus" related - an area that all casinos without exception come in for from time to time, mainly down to the terms and conditions that are applied So let's clear that area up first. 32Red casino provides different bonuses to different types of player depending on their game preferences. Bonus hunters (gamblers who flit from casino to casino trying to win off the bonuses offerred) are generally discouraged by a 15x wagering condition, meaning you have to deposit your deposit and the bonus 15 times over before you can withdraw winnings from the bonus. 32Red's 15x is pretty much the average these days but a fair few players still fail to understand the terms. It's good to see at 32Red, the bonus needs to be claimed rather than being "auto" credited as this means players who prefer to wager without restrictions can choose to do so. But to be honest, if you go looking for a free lunch then you expect to be asked to do the washing up! If you are a regular player looking for a casino who will treat you right, play a fair game, pay you promptly and reward you with loyalty gifts from time to time, then if you can find a better casino than 32Red, please tell me. In all my experiences at many online casinos, I seriously don't believe there is one up to the same standard. Being on the "Viper" strand, the software gets all the latest games very quickly and as with all MG software based casinos, these really seem to be the most aesthetically pleasing. We had withdrawals back in our UK bank within 2 days and in NETeller within 24 hours. Like any casino, 32Red casino could improve. The "Club Rouge" VIP loyalty program is "invite only" which would be fine if there was at least some sort of cashback for all players IMHO. Also, promotions are few and far between and one or two holiday offers or competitions etc wouldn't go a miss, but these are a small price to pay for the overall quality of service.
