Reverse Withdrawal & Manual Flushing
Let me start by explaining what these are because for many online casino players, they are important and for me personally, I hate the Reverse Withdrawal concept with a passion! You see, many online casinos offer what they often regard as a "feature" called "Reverse Withdrawal", sometimes known as "Reverse Pending". This refers to a period of time following a cashout by a player where the money is left sitting in a holding area so the player can still access it (reverse it) and play with it. Not all casinos do this however. The term "Manual Flush" refers to another, better, service which some of the casinos that employ the Reverse Withdrawal "feature" offer and means that if asked, they will move this cashout from the "holding area" so that the player can no longer access it. This is good as at least players have a choice. Which is how it should be. So here are some timings that you might find useful to know when it comes to flushing and reverse periods:

The list above covers some of the best online casinos I've played but clearly isn't an exhaustive list when it comes to playing online! If you would like more options that are presented here, check out the list of online casinos on the AZOC website or see the online casino reviews section for more in-depth data on each casino.
The Pros & Cons of Reverse Withdrawal
Mainly cons actually! Some time back, there was a poll on the attitude of players to Reverse Withdrawal over at Casinomeister which threw up some interesting results. Of 86 respondents (as I write), 0% voted Reverse Withdrawal as useful, 22% voted it as something they could put up with, 17% didn't really care and 57% voted it down as either a non-starter or acceptable only if manual flushing is in place.
The bottom line is that player opinion is divided and I would guess those players who lack self-discipline - the most likely to be or become "problem gamblers" - are the ones who suffer most with a Reverse Withdrawal policy.
If you are a player who gets too easily tempted by online gambling, overspends, or gets bored easily then playing a casino that utilises a Reverse Withdrawal policy and doesn't offer a manual flushing service is best avoided. It is all too easy to reverse and lose your cashout as I have found on many occasions first-hand! That is why I only play now at online casinos that either don't do the Reverse thing at all or who offer immediate flushing.
